Nicely renovated & meticulously maintained condo w/ the most beautiful direct Intracoastal views that you'll ever see. This rental checks off all the boxes...covered parking, super clean, nicely renovated, great view, eat in kitchen, spacious living area, large bedrooms, private beach access, and most importantly, priced right! The lower floor Intracoastal view is much better than the higher floor view, it creates the feeling of being on a cruise ship. You're not going to find a better deal along the "Mile" so get here quickly before this property is no longer available. Amenities include private bch access, gym, Intracoastal front pool, & nicely renovated lobby. Covered parking! NO SMOKERS
