Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a wine refrigerator. Owner will consider a small dog, no cats. There is a fenced area for the dog. A seasonal golf membership is available for purchase. Off season will be billed utilities. Pool and lawn are included. One parking space in garage. $150 processing fee, $300 cleaning fee and 13% sales tax for rentals less than six months.
